Business Design Session

These Business Design Session Purchase Terms apply specifically to your purchase of a Business Design Session from Hartjes Natural Health LLC.
These terms supplement the general Terms of Service available on kristinhartjes.com. If there is a conflict concerning the Business Design Session, these product-specific terms will control.

The Business Design Session is a focused educational and strategic service designed to help you evaluate your options, make thoughtful business decisions, and create a plan for moving forward.
Payment for the Business Design Session is nonrefundable.
Because this is a personalized service involving advance preparation and reserved time, refunds will not be provided if you:
This policy applies except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Hartjes Natural Health LLC is unable to provide the purchased service as described below.
Your Business Design Session must be scheduled and completed within ninety (90) days of purchase.
After purchasing, you will be asked to complete a preparation questionnaire and provide your general availability. Kristin will review your responses and contact you with possible session times.
You are responsible for completing the questionnaire and responding to scheduling communications promptly.
If the session is not completed within ninety (90) days of purchase, it will expire and the payment will be forfeited.
If Kristin is unable to provide reasonable scheduling availability within the 90-day period, the deadline will be extended or the amount paid for the session will be refunded.
You may reschedule your session one time by providing at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice.
Requests made with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice, cancellations, and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the sole discretion of Hartjes Natural Health LLC.
If Kristin needs to reschedule your session, you will be offered alternative dates.
If a suitable alternative cannot reasonably be arranged, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the Business Design Session.
You are responsible for completing the preparation questionnaire and sending any materials you would like Kristin to review with enough time for them to be reviewed before the session.
Submitting materials does not guarantee that every document or topic will be reviewed or addressed during the session.
Please do not submit patient records, protected health information, confidential client information, or other sensitive third-party information. You are responsible for removing or anonymizing identifying information before submitting materials.
The session may be recorded so that a copy can be provided to you and used to prepare your Business Design Blueprint.
By participating in a recorded session, you consent to the recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify Kristin before the session. If the session is not recorded, a recording cannot be included as a deliverable.
The Business Design Session provides education, coaching, and strategic guidance. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, licensing, medical, or mental health advice.
You remain solely responsible for your business decisions, actions, implementation, and results.
Hartjes Natural Health LLC does not guarantee any specific business, financial, marketing, or professional outcome.
Your purchase and participation are also subject to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy on kristinhartjes.com.
